FAQs

How long will my contest preparation take?

This depends on your starting point. We take all things into consideration, but our general guidelines for starting prep are dependent on your current body fat percentage. If you are within the desired starting range, the typical prep is 12 weeks. If you have fat to lose or we suggest additional changes to your physique, we will recommend a pre-prep phase of 1-2 months before starting your 12 week prep.

Will heavy weight training make a woman look masculine?

Strength training has numerous physical and health benefits such as improved posture and mobility, injury prevention, stronger bones, improved heart health, and better mental health. “Looking masculine” is subjective, so a person can set muscle building and body fat goals according to their preference.

If I don’t complete the program or decide not to compete, am I eligible for a refund?

No refunds will be given for contest prep services.

Can I use a separate nutritionist or trainer while doing this program?

Everything you need for a successful journey to the stage will be provided for you. We have a team of coaches who have years of experience in all aspects of training, nutrition, conditioning, posing and presentation. We even provide tanning services if your show is local to our area. We do not share our coaching services so that there is no conflict in your programming.

How long should I expect to be in the gym each day? How many days each week?

Each client’s program will vary from another. Generally, one can expect to train 4-5 days each week depending on where they are in the program. One can expect their lift session to be between 45-75 mins plus additional cardio as necessary.

Will I need to meal prep?

YES! You will either need to prepare your own meals or hire a reputable meal prep service that is familiar with providing meals consistent with the needs of a bodybuilder. It does take time to meal prep, so expect to dedicate this additional time to your weekly schedule.
